Who We Are
Lindee Construction Services LLC is a family-owned General Contractor run by married couple Nicole Banholzer and Frank Hinck. We specialize in residential accessibility home modification renovations, home remodeling, and perform commercial tenant improvement services for private and government clients. Based in St Paul, Lindee Construction is certified as a SBE and WBE for Hennepin, Ramsey County and the Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul.
Nicole has been Managing Director of Nicole Banholzer PR since 2017, and is longtime veteran of the children’s book publishing industry. With Lindee, Nicole focuses on brand awareness, marketing, and publicity. Nicole is involved with the Minnesota Newfoundland Rescue & STAR House Crisis Nursery.
Frank has been a Senior Construction Manager in the Twin Cities Metro area, Seattle, and New York City for over a decade. He is actively involved with the Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity’s ReStore.
